About Katelyn
Practicing Pilates started as therapy to help aid my chronic pain and quickly became my favorite form of movement.
As a Stott trained Pilates instructor I help to guide the connection between movement and breath. My continued education in anatomy allows me to blend mindful muscle engagement with a safe and effective program for my clients. Instructing a workout tailored to the individual gives me the ability to work with all bodies.
It’s my absolute pleasure to share this humble practice with beginners and seasoned bodies alike.
