How the move works
- Add your classes as they are on Bookwhen: the same names, days and times. Most teachers take about twenty minutes.
- Add the class passes you sell, so your regulars can buy their next one.
- Upload your Bookwhen exports. You’ll see everything that will move before any of it does.
- Say it looks right. We check it too, then move it across. Nobody is emailed, and the uploaded files are deleted 14 days later.

They book with a name and an email address. No account, no password and no app to download. To cancel, they use the link in their confirmation email, and your cancellation terms are shown before they decide.

Questions teachers ask
- Do I need to rebuild my timetable?
- Yes, you add your classes yourself, which most teachers do in about twenty minutes. Name them as they are on Bookwhen so bookings land in the right class.
- Will my students be emailed during the move?
- No. Nothing is sent while your customers move across. When you’re ready, you share your new booking link.
- Does moving change anything on Bookwhen?
- No. We work from the exports you download, and your Bookwhen account stays exactly as it is until you decide what to do with it.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It’s month to month, and you can cancel from Settings in two clicks.
